- நான் தங்கள் நிறுவனத்தில் எனது சொத்தை அடமானம் வைத்து எனது அவசர தேவைக்காகவும் தொழில் தேவைக்காகவும் கடன் பெற தங்களிடம் விண்ணப்பம் செய்துள்ளேன்.
- மேற்படி கடனுக்காக நான் விண்ணப்பம் செய்யும்போது தங்களிடம் அடமானமாகக் கொடுக்கும் எனது சொத்தின் ஆவணங்களின் நகலை தங்களிடம் கொடுக்க சம்மதிக்கிறேன்.
- மேலும் மேற்படி கடனுக்காக எனது சொத்தில் உள்ள வில்லங்கத்தை சரி பார்க்கவும் சொத்தில் உள்ள உரிமையின் உண்மைத் தன்மையை கண்டறிய தாங்கள் வழக்கறிஞர் மூலம் பெறும் LEGAL OPINION –கு ஆகும் செலவுத் தொகையை நானே ஏற்றுக் கொள்வதாக சம்மதம் தெரிவிக்கிறேன்.
- மேலும் எனது சொத்தின் அளவுகள் மற்றும் மதிப்பை கணிப்பதற்காக தங்களால் அனுப்பப்படும் மதிப்பீட்டாளர் (VALUER) –கு ஆகும் செலவுத் தொகை மற்றும் சிபில் CHARGES தொகையை நானே ஏற்றுக் கொள்வதாக சம்மதம் தெரிவிக்கிறேன்.
- மேற்படி கடனை தாங்கள் கேட்கும் தகுந்த ஆவணங்களைக் கொடுத்துப் பெற இயலவில்லை என்றாலும் மேலும் மேற்படி எனது சொத்தில் ஏதாவது வில்லங்கம் இருந்து அதனால் என்னால் மேற்படி கடனைப் பெற இயலவில்லை என்றாலும் நான் மேற்படி கடன் பெறுவதற்காக கொடுத்த LEGAL OPINION, VALUER FEES மற்றும் சிபில் CHARGES தொகையை திரும்ப கேட்க மாட்டேன் என்று சம்மதம் தெரிவிக்கிறேன்.
- மேலும் மேற்படி கடன் பெறுவதற்கு தங்கள் நிறுவனத்தின் நிபந்தனைகளுக்கு நான் கட்டுப்படுவேன் என்றும் சம்மதம் தெரிவிக்கிறேன்.
- I have mortgaged my property in their company and applied to them for a loan for my urgent need and business need.
- I agree to give them a copy of the documents of my property that I will mortgage when I apply for the above loan.
- I also agree to accept the cost of the LEGAL OPINION they receive from the attorney to verify the authenticity of the title to the property.
- I also agree to accept the cost to the appraiser (VALUER) sent by them to estimate the size and value of my property and the amount of Sibyl CHARGES.
- I agree that I will not refund the LEGAL OPINION, VALUER FEES and CIBIL CHARGES I have given for obtaining the above loan even though I have not been able to obtain the above documents by giving them the required documents and I am unable to obtain the above loan due to any foreclosure on my property.
- I also agree that I will be bound by the terms of their company to obtain the above loan.
